MP processes personal data and other data in accordance with the current laws and regulations. Your privacy is very important to us and we handle your personal data with care. Processing your data

MP maintains a participants administration, in which personal data of other relations is also recorded. Relations are those persons who have attended an MP event or who have signed up for a newsletter.

MP is an events organization and uses events and campaigns to call her relations to participate in our conferences. The work of MP is mainly funded through gifts and entrance fees. We collect personal data (name, address, place of residence, telephone number, email address and date of birth) in order to properly inform you of our work. The collection of personal data happens via the website when you sign up for one of our newsletters or an event.

Financial data and personal data is collected in order to execute the agreement (proof of registration). This data will not be provided to third parties for commercial purposes.

Seeing, changing and removing data

You can use the same contact information if you no longer wish to be informed of our activities. MP is obliged to request proof of identity before we can provide information on your personal data in our administration database. You can also file a request via a letter containing your name, address, telephone number and a copy of a valid identification document, sent to the MP administration at Berencamperweg 10, 3861 MC Nijkerk, The Netherlands.


If you have provided MP with your email address as subscriber to one of our newsletters or as participant, you will be informed via email of our work and upcoming conferences or events.

In sending out email newsletters, MP uses a system which provides insight into how these emails are opened. It also shows us whether you click the links in our email. Our registration system also makes it possible to make selections, allowing us to target specific groups.
